LaneMapper is a digital service. Nothing physical is ever shipped; this page describes how results are delivered instead.

1. Nature of the service

LaneMapper maps a shipper's messy multi-tab RFP template onto the broker's own lane-rate history, pre-fills rates it can support, and flags lanes with no history. There are no physical goods, packaging or postage involved at any point.

2. What you receive, and how

Results are delivered two ways, both digital:

• Dashboard: signed-in results appear in your account as soon as they're ready, with a download link for each output.
• API: if you use the API, a broker's tool submits the shipper's RFP file and rate history and polls for the priced lane table and the open problems the second-model review left.

A result is delivered only after the second-model review has run. If it could not run, nothing is delivered and the credits are returned to your balance.

Outputs produced: Mapped lane table: one row per lane, matched history citation, pre-filled or flagged status; Side-by-side source view per lane (shipper's row vs matched history row); The shipper's own Excel workbook with the all-in bids filled in, only when a rate column can be identified and never over a cell that already has a value (for a CSV, Word, PDF or photo RFP, a new workbook rebuilt from its tables instead).

3. Turnaround time

Results are produced automatically; turnaround depends on document size and model availability. There is no fixed delivery window, but every job's status and stage are visible in your dashboard, and we notify you as this product describes: Job finished email when the mapped lane table is ready to download.

4. Access to results

Results stay available for download for as long as we retain the underlying job's files — see retention in our privacy policy. Each dashboard row shows exactly how long its files will be kept.

5. API access

Programmatic access uses an API key you generate in the dashboard. There is no separate "shipping" step for API results: the same job record and download URLs are available through GET requests once the job finishes.

6. Account and access

You need a LaneMapper account (email + password, or a supported social sign-in) to submit work and receive results. No shipping address is collected or required.
